The additon of the third foor moved the archival Nolan room collecton (and furniture) to the second foor. This room now does double duty as archives patron space and ofce of the Holocaust Library and Resource Center. Students stll enjoy the light and airy feel of the library lobby. Adding more spaces with natural light is a goal of the planned library renovaton. The original library plaza consisted of a checkerboard collecton of pebbled cement and brick, which was tricky to walk on. The pato was reconstructed in 2007 into a beautful space with trees, tables and seatng — and easy to walk on bricks!
