Mary E. Stillman 1972-1987 Dr. Stllman was hired in 1972 when long tme librarian, Josephine Raeppel, retred. She earned her B.A. degree from Wilson College, her M.S.L.S at Drexel University and her Ph.D. at the University of Illinois. While she was librarian at Albright College she helped students to be able to have access to a multtude of audiovisual aids, academic sofware and hardware, study carrels a color television studio and photocopiers. She also began automatng selected library processes and providing access to online research for students. William Hannaford, Jr. 1987-1989 Dr..Hannaford came to Albright College from Castleton State College (VT) with a Bachelors (University of New Hampshire), Masters and Ph.D ( Univ .of Colorado) in philosophy and a MS.L.S. from University .of Illinois. During his tenure, the library joined the OCLC network and began a project to automate the card catalog.
