"Ministerio de cultura Biblioteca infantil Luis Alfonso Velasquez"
The sign reads "Ministerio de cultura Biblioteca infantil Luis Alfonso Velasquez," or in English, "Ministry of Culture Children's Library Luis Alfonso Velasquez." Luis was a Nicaraguan boy shot and killed by the Somoza Regime, and his murder was made to look like an accident. Velasquez park is located in Managua, where several murals were painted in the early 1980s and later destroyed by the government in the early 1990s. The library is also located in Managua.
